How Listing Works

From application to your first guest enquiry — six simple steps to showcase your tented camp or glamping stay on Tented Getaways.

   Apply

   Fill in the short application on the List Your Property page: your business name, contact details and website.

   Read the Partner Terms & Conditions and sign them on screen. A signed copy is emailed to you straight away. It takes about five minutes.

2. 2

   We review your application

   We look at every application personally to keep the collection special.

   Once approved, you receive an email with a link to set your password and open your supplier portal.

   Add your property

   In the portal, add your property: a name, tagline, summary and full description, location, pricing, check-in and check-out times, and house rules.

   List each tent or unit type — how many people it sleeps, how many you have, and whether the bathroom is en-suite or shared.

   Tick the amenities and activities you offer, and upload up to 15 photos (JPG, PNG or WEBP, under 10MB each). Choose which photo is the cover image.

   Save a draft as often as you like and come back to it later.

4. 4

   Submit for review

   When you are happy with your listing, click Submit for Review. We are notified immediately.

   We check everything and publish your listing, usually within 2–3 business days. If anything needs changing, we will be in touch.

5. 5

   Bring in your team

   Add colleagues so they can log in with their own email address — no sharing of passwords.

   Give each person access to all of your properties, or to just one. Ideal for groups running several camps or sites.

6. 6

   Receive enquiries

   Guests send a booking enquiry from your property page with their dates and group size. We let you know straight away and look after the communication with the guest.

   There is no upfront payment from guests at this stage, so availability is always confirmed before anything is booked.
